CelebrityTwo Ways to Make a Suit Look Infinitely Cooler
And they won’t drain your bank account.
Turns out, Jonah Hill is a fashion guy. In his regular life he wears streetwear’s finest and on the red carpet, with some help from his stylist, Michael Fisher, he’s got a luxe-y, polished game few can compete with. Last night, at a London screening of his new movie War Dogs, Hill brought those two worlds together in the best way.
He started with a sophisticated deep green Gieves & Hawkes suit but instead of reaching for a safe button-down shirt and calling it a day, Hill wore a black knit polo from the brand underneath. Buttoned all the way up, it looked polished with a little bit of edge. Then, instead of some stuffy pocket square, he wore a red enamel pin from London-based Palace Skateboards. It added a little bit of color to his look, nodded at his affinity for skateboarding, without coming off too contrived.
Follow in Hill’s footsteps for your next formal outing and you’ll stop feeling like a day trader whenever you put on a suit.
