CelebrityDavid and Brooklyn Beckham Even Roll Their T-Shirt Sleeves the Same Way
The Beckhams continue to prove that style has no age.
Brooklyn Beckham has been hard at work for a while now, proving that dressing like his extremely cool and handsome dad is a legitimate style move. Well, duh. Sure dad style is having a moment, thanks to trends like nondescript baseball hats, Hawaiian shirts, pulled-up socks, and tucked-in shirts. But David Beckham isn't your average dad. He's more like a super stylish big brother with a closet full of designer fatigue jackets and skinny jeans. For proof, look no further than this image of the pair out to see Noel Gallagher play at the Brixton 02 Academy in London last night in white tees with matching rolled sleeves. Clearly the elder Beckham has been sharing his bicep-flattering style secrets with his son. It may sound obvious, but we'll say it anyway: Rolling your T-shirt sleeves exposes more arm, drawing attention to all the work you've been putting in at the gym. It's a move men have been using since white tees and Levi's made their debut.
One word about the sleeve roll: like other skin revealing moves, it's best employed at the gym, the beach, or at a backyard BBQ. Showing off this much arm will quickly remind people of an episode of Jersey Shore—not the most stylish show ever made. The older Beckham layered up in a black jacket once they left their car. Seems like Brooklyn still has something to learn from his dad.
