CelebrityThe Off-Duty Suit Combo You Should Be Wearing Right Now
Douglas Booth may not be a household name in America just yet but he’s become a tabloid regular across the pond. The 24-year-old star of this summer's Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has reportedly dated Cara Delevingne, Taylor Swift, and Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas, and is a front-row fixture at Burberry’s runway shows. He also happens to dress quite well; like the real-life bachelor and on-screen villain that he is. This makes him a pretty good style icon for young guys who want to give off rebel vibes with their night-out wardrobe—no matter what part of the world they live in.
Take what he wore to a party in London last night, for example. A lot of guys own a slim-cut bold blue suit (or they should), but Booth styled his with all the irreverence of a guy who doesn’t have a day job, and maybe never will. A white crewneck T-shirt and white leather tennis sneakers dressed everything way down, while a gold pendant necklace added some attitude. Top that off with the fact that the actor’s hair isn’t painstakingly styled into some helmet-like high-fade and it’s clear this guy isn’t thinking about getting ahead so much as he is getting back into bed.
Should you be around the same age, and not quite on Ryan Reynold’s buttoned-up page just yet, cop this up-and-comer’s style and never look back. Well, at least until you have to go to work on Monday. (Few are lucky enough to skip the 9-to-5 bit entirely.)
