Can we meet you?
My name is Ifonlaja Yetunde but prefered to be called Aderinsola. I’m a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and obtained a Diploma in Makeup Artistry. Presently working with House of Tara Intl. I’m a Nigerian professional Make-up Artist and Illustrator.
Why are you in the make-up industry
Apart from the passion in Make-up Artistry, I love to draw when I’m less busy… it brings out the best in me. This is how the passion of make-up artistry came up.
Can you tell a little more about yourself?
When I was young, I used to draw. When upset about something, instead of pounding the anger on someone next to me, I distract myself by drawing. Later when I got admitted to the University, I met a friend that encouraged me to divert this to a talent and try to draw when I’m excited or in a happy mood. It took time before I could do that, it was a hurdle I had to jump to become a better person.
So the passion for make-up came in 2005, in my University days where I obtained a BSc in Computer Science, I nurtured it till I had the opportunity to go for a Diploma course at House of Tara in April 2011… a dream come true. I was given the opportunity to work as a make-up artist and a part-time instructor at House of Tara, Bodija, Ibadan.
Can you describe your passion?
I’m a colour lover… it gives me butterflies in my tummy… lol. So most of my photoshoots are colourful.
What are your area of concentration?
