Every day of every month at GQ, we start your morning on Instagram with visual advice on What to Wear Today. But we want to go deeper. Give you the nuts and bolts of how to get the look into your wardrobe. Today we're walking you through how Gucci design god Alessandro Michele rocks fall's bold bomber jacket. Because the man is nailing it.

When it comes to wearing Alessandro Michele's Gucci IRL, you'd probably be better off looking at the designer himself than his off-the-wall runway shows. That's because Michele does what most style gods do: He picks out one or two bold items and keeps everything else in his outfit real unpretentious, classic, and cool. Case in point: His treatment of fall's statement bomber coat doesn't involve some next-level man-blouse and bell-bottoms combo. Instead, he wore it with beat-up, straight-leg jeans (the kind your dad wears), a rumpled white T-shirt, and some Italian-guy jewelry. Couldn't be simpler.

If you aren't sure how to wear your own bomber jacket, you'd be wise to follow in Michele's footsteps. Although, we'll leave the shoes up to you. Some things should be personal.
